In the heart of the city, a groundbreaking music production school, Copenhagen Music Academy, has just opened, promising to transform the sonic landscape and usher in a new wave of talent into the spotlight.
The main teacher is Boe Larsen (51). A full-time professional producer, pianist, songwriter, and studio owner since 2000.He has worked with Hanne Boel, Sanne Salomonsen, MLTR, Søs Fenger, Søren Sko, Johnny Logan, Mads Langer, Christoffer, Ginne Marker, Aske Jacoby, Eivør, Steve Swallow, Lars Jansson, Marilyn Mazur, Carsten Dahl & Benjamin Koppel.
The courses are designed for producers with the ambition of making a living in the music business. It's also for existing producers who want to get inspired and up their game.
The courses take place at MillFactory NuVenue Studios in Copenhagen, a 400m2 recording facility in the northwestern part of Copenhagen. It features state-of-the-art recording equipment and rooms acoustically designed by legend Andy Monroe for a second-to-none recording and listening experience.
The CMA Production Diploma courses are intensive courses for music producers. Courses of different lengths are offered: 2 Days Courses, 5 Days Courses or the full 16 Week Courses.
